PRO TIP: Cook with Honduras Chocolate Company's culinary chocolate just as you would commercial baking chocolate, reducing added sugar in your recipe by 25%.  In our test kitchen, we found baking with Honduras Chocolate Company culinary chocolate added a rich chocolate flavor profile to cakes, brownies and breads.  One word of caution though: bake with it once and you'll never want to use ordinary baking chocolate again!
